Here is another Thimbleberries quilt that my friend Renee received. Last year it seems like I was doing nothing except Thimbleberries patterns. This is her 2 birthdays and 1 Christmas present. Since making so many flying geese and square in a square, I had enough left over to make pinwheels. Yes, pinwheels, my favorite block. I even made a pinwheel table topper out of the left overs from my niece, Tanya's Thimbleberries quilt and my niece, Jacqueline's Thimbleberries quilt. No wonder I am putting off sewing the rows together on the Thimblerries Block of the month.
No more pinwheels or Thimbleberries for a while. It has taken me 8 months to get over my purple aversion. Pugs and kisses.
